One year ago this week I’d just finished recording over 10 tracks with Ghanaian xylophone player, Isaac Birituro and was sitting in a church watching a traditional Ghanaian wedding with those two German travellers I met a year ago.
This week, unfortunately not together, is the week we’ve finished an album of music that will hopefully build a school in Kalba. Here’s to what I’ll be writing about next year… maybe the building of the school?
